Institutions placing advertisements in the Information Exchange section of Physics Today should bear in mind that the magazine is normally mailed the first week of issue date; one should schedule advertisements accordingly. Ads containing requests for resumes by certain dates should be inserted in issues affording applicants ample time to respond (e.g., ads carrying deadline date of April 1 should be scheduled for February issue at the latest).
