Current comments and reminiscences on George Zaslavsky:
I first met George at the end of the eighties, when he was leaving Russia. He spent a week in Florence and we discussed together several aspects of Hamiltonian dynamics. Since then, although we never collaborated directly, his work has always been a source of inspiration for me. I last met him in june 2007 in Marseille, where he was still smiling and in perfect shape. I like to remember him in this way.
