Bi4Ge3O12 Scintillators

With the ability to convert X-ray energy into light that can be seen, scintillators are essential for many scientists. Many physics researchers use scintillators to convert energy to wavelength light. Bismuth germanate (Bi4Ge3O12) is a good crystal for scintillation and is used in all types of physics applications including nuclear, space, high energy, geological, and medicine.
